- Airlines and crew partners: We share your name and travel details with the verified airline crew member listing you as a companion and (through them) with the airline's departure-control / reservation system. This is required to issue the standby listing in your name.
- Service providers: Payment processors, email infrastructure providers, hosting providers, and analytics services that help us operate the business. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal information may be transferred subject to standard confidentiality protections.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
